All graphics, HTML and coding were done by myself. The site is designed to allow members to interact as much as possible without need of a webmaster.

The forum package is WWforum : http://shiflett.org/projects/wwwforum/
The chat package used was SimpleChat : http://hot-things.net
The calendar package is phpEventCalendar : http://www.ikemcg.com/scripts/pec/

All other functions were coded by myself in PHP4 running on the GNU-Linux platform.

Currently we offer the follow features/functions :

• Fully featured forums
• Live web chat
• LS Event calendar - each member can add their own events
• Member profiles - each member can maintain their own information
• Screenshots page - members can upload a screenshot
• FAQ's and member submitted documents
• Links - each member can submit a link.
• Voice chat server, can be used while playing FFXI
• Blogs - members can now write thier own blog ;)

The following features/functions are being investigated :

• Web mail - Under testing

• 10/03/05 - Wrote a basic search function for the members page.
• 08/02/05 - Polished up the screenshot code, moved everything from .png to .jpg, also added close & refresh to the screenshot upload form

• 17/10/04 - Updated screenshot code, width & height are now stored in the DB, also images will not be scaled down so they will look allot nicer for FRAPS users :D
• 04/10/04 - Added Paging to the list view on the Members page and updated the Linkshell Contacts page with the new Pearlsack holders

• 06/08/04 - Updated chat function a little, bigger member picture.

• 05/08/04 - Increased the number of member profiles to 4 per page and the number of screenshots to 8 per page.
• 05/08/04 - Updated site, touched up pages, increased page length, removed any blank areas. Removed story till it is finished :-)
• 04/08/04 - Organised DNS entries for our .com move
• 03/08/04 - Fixed minor HTML errors that broke WC3 validation and caused the screenshot comment to be displayed incorrectly.
